Our Commitment:

1. Inclusive Environment: We strive to create an inclusive environment for all students, educators, volunteers, and staff involved in our programs. Our activities are designed to engage students with diverse learning styles and readiness levels, inviting all participants to engage comfortably, challenge preconceived notions, test new ideas, and develop new skills.

2. Diverse Representation: We are dedicated to increasing diverse representation within our staff, board, and volunteers. We believe that a diverse team brings a wide range of perspectives and ideas, which enhances our ability to innovate and address the needs of the communities we serve.

3. Equitable Access: Through our "Inspiring Equitable Tomorrows" initiative, we are actively working to increase JA program participation in racially diverse and socio- economically disadvantaged school districts in south central PA. We will continue to collaborate with school district administrators to overcome the unique challenges faced by underserved schools, ensuring equitable access to our programs.

4. Ongoing Education: We provide regular DEIB training for our staff and share information through a DEIB newsletter. We foster open conversations about DEIB topics, encouraging continuous learning and growth within our organization.

5. Community Partnerships: We are committed to strengthening our community partnerships focused on DEIB initiatives. By collaborating with local organizations and stakeholders, we aim to amplify our impact and drive meaningful change in the communities we serve.
